SECRETARIATE DHARNA & INFINITE SATHYAGRAHA WITH WORK TO RULE AGITATION..(Click toView in MALAYALAM)

. Agricultural Assistants' Association, Kerala announced Mass Dharna inforont of the Secretariate on 11-01-2012 and infinite Relay Sathyagraha from 121-01-2012 onwards with work to rule agitation against the irregular move to appoint to the post of Agricultural Officers, earmarked under 13% category which is earmarked for Agricultural Assistants having 10 Years service.And the protest demands to sanction 2::2:1 ratio promotion and re-designation of Sr.Grade Agricultural Assistant as Assistant Agricultural Officer reccommended by 9th Pay Revision Commission to resolve the bleak promotion prospects and the pathetic situation being faced by Agricultural Assistants even after 25 years of their service with the same designation as in the entry cadre.The other demands are as follows:-

Issue the 7 Year delayed Ratio Promotion correctly and perfectly, at the earliest

Fill the vacant 1000 posts of Agricultural Assistants out of 1540 Sanctioned post of Agricultural Assistant Grade II .

Restore AFO posts in Farms

End all types of negligence against Agricultural Assistants.

All AAs are requested to participate in the Dharna and oncoming protests.
